Our Flax Hemp Ropes are made from fibres extracted from the stems of the flax plant grown in Egypt - you may have heard of the term Egyptian Flax (linen) other products produced from flax / linen is clothing / textiles even ships sails where at times made from flax linen.

Our Flax Hemp ropes are available to buy either by the metre or in full industry standard 220 metre coils.

Flax Hemp ropes are popular choices for theatre ropes, period film and television productions, Gymnasium climbing ropes etc.

It is important to note that all natural fibre ropes will measure larger than their stated size - this is perfectly normal and should be considered if putting through holes. A larger hole will be required

As with all natural fibre ropes, Flax Hemp will shrink and swell when it gets wet.
